ALMIRA Joesoef is a singer-songwriter based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Inspired by artists such as <a href="spotify:artist:0Dy94lW3txJhWQHqNXP1BT" data-name="Laura Mvula">Laura Mvula</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:5X0dCi2aVnYEV27S8wgQdF" data-name="Nai Palm">Nai Palm</a>, and <a href="spotify:artist:0QWrMNukfcVOmgEU0FEDyD" data-name="Jacob Collier">Jacob Collier</a>; she sees her music as a mirror to her life. Taking soulful lyrics as her guide in creating her mashup of acoustic and electronic arrangements.

Now she is starting her own solo project taking only the name ALMIRA as her stage name. Releasing her own singles like <a href="spotify:album:0oiBBk4o8AsCrtnjiLoZg4" data-name="I Am Woman">I Am Woman</a> and a jazz piece called <a href="spotify:album:6e4tkR3MTQmZyCWgMlDRwM" data-name="Littlefoot">Littlefoot</a>. She is also a dedicated mother to her daughter Imogen, that is why she took on the hashtag #SingingMom. This is a passion of her, where she believed that being an artist and providing for her family can be done. She believes in empowering women through their career and motherhood.
