Almost Moose is an upcoming Indie Jazz Rock Band out of SWMO. Founded in 2019, they are a passionate concoction of 90s indie rock, blended with 60s funk & blues. Almost Moose weaves an original and captivating tapestry of carefully crafted melodies, tasteful grooves, & gut wrenching poetry. Ultimately delivering a sound that can be just as gentle & compelling as it can be unabashedly punk.
Their first regional tour was in Fall 2024 & coincided with their media debut on YouTube through Joplin famous Dogcop Records, in a three song session featuring some of their hipest tunes.
On Halloween 2024, they dropped “I” (commonly known as “No Beer”) to much local acclaim.
