Altera is a rap group, which created in 2014 in Lazéika, a vibrant neighborhood in Kavala, Greece.
Their passion for music combined with their influences from the rap scene, made them release their first studio album in 2015, titled Chakra and Taboo.
From 2016 to 2017 the group, which consisted from Suaz, Fonse and Mago Blanco was the most significant and well-known rap group in the city, with mainly solo releases.
In 2017, the group stopped being active in the rap scene.
However, several years later, in 2024, their passion for music brought them together again and this time the group, consisting of Mago Blanco and Fonse, wrote and recorded their 2nd studio album, anniversary for the group's 10 years of presence, entitled Stis Idies Gitonies.
A few months later, the group is ready to drop their 3rd studio album, titled From Northside To Southside.
