Rapper and producer from Tampa, Florida. AL.XL blends many different types of hip hop together and often creates music that seems spacey or futuristic.
After a series of mixtapes and EPs in 2018, AL.XL took it upon himself to further his production skills, which included producing 2 tracks on Hot Jamali’s “Sandboy” album as well as engineering the entire album. He also engineered both of JCD’s albums “Blizzard” and “Blizzard 2.”
He showed off these production skills for the first time on his debut album <a href="spotify:album:4uyPJ8Hh4nzbkY3mtvjhTl" data-name="Summit">Summit</a> in 2019 in which he produced 11/13 tracks. After releasing a few singles in 2020 and dealing with the pandemic, he would release his sophomore album <a href="spotify:album:2N9fjIlXrb8jDnp2iicgKS" data-name="DARK MATTERS">DARK MATTERS</a> which 11/12 tracks were produced by him.
After a year in which he dropped few singles, <a href="spotify:album:0T23jJ3fJqxr6HwAWilMdv" data-name="AL.XL & 727 Drip Present: Capital Cruisin">AL.XL & 727 Drip Present: Capital Cruisin</a> released on November 5, 2021 which is a collaboration between him and 727 Drip and features of production entirely by AL.XL
In June 2022, AL.XL released <a href="spotify:album:299z0147wg062W1c2wuMMc" data-name="Central Processing">Central Processing</a>, his 3rd Solo Album, which was entirely produced by himself.
In late 2023 and start of 2024, AL.XL did work producing for artists such as LostMeh, Luke Morrow, and KidWiz
In 2024, AL.XL released “Dope,” "Did U Miss Me?," and "Magician" in anticipation for his album XLERATOR. Which released on October 4th of that year.
