ALXS, real name Christian Alexis, a DJ and music aficionado hailing from a lineage deeply rooted in rhythm and melody. Raised in a musically inclined family with Latin origins, ALXS was immersed in a vibrant tapestry of Funk, Soul, and Latin music from an early age. Influenced by legends such as Fania All Stars, Ruben Blades, Hector Lavoe, Prince, and Michael Jackson, his musical journey began to take shape.

From the tender age of 3 until he turned 17, ALXS honed his skills as a percussionist, gracing various Latin bands with his rhythmic prowess. As the late '90s rolled around, the burgeoning House scene beckoned, drawing inspiration from luminaries like Olav Basoski, Masters at Work, Todd Terry, and Roog (Hardsoul). By the early 2000s, he found himself working behind the scenes for his idols Roog (Hardsoul), Housequake (Roog & Erick E) and as an A&R for Todd Terry, solidifying his position within the industry.

ALXS's DJ ventures have seen him command stages at renowned events such as Free Your Mind Festival, Soul Live Festival, Todd Terry & Friends and venues like SushiSamba London, Supperclub A’dam, Manhattan Arnhem, Club NL, Escape Amsterdam, among others.

While lending his expertise to emerging talents like Project89 and Kim Kaos, ALXS's passion for creating his own music remained undiminished.

Collaborating closely with a close friend, he spent countless hours in the studio, sculpting a release that bear the unmistakable imprint of his eclectic influences.
