Amanita was founded in Winchester, VA during the summer of 2021. Known for mixing several different influences and sounds, Amanita pushes the boundaries when it comes to staying within a singular genre. From space doom to sludge metal, their sanguine lyrics and their attention to song writing, Amanita continues to grow with each song they write.

Amanita continues to be a topic of conversation when it comes to up and coming metal bands in the Northern VA, Maryland, West Virgina and DC area. Make sure you check them out when they come to a town near you.
