Amethyst-Jewel is a Christian singer songwriter based in the US. For years she has recognized how impactful music can be to the listener. And, while songs that talk about the struggles of life show that we’re not alone, many of them fail to provide hope in the suffering. After facing many of her own trials, specifically in 2020, Amethyst came to realize the hopelessness of this world without Christ. As a Christian, it is her desire, first and foremost, to share the Gospel with a lost and dying world. The Lord has given her both passion and skills in music, and she seeks to use them for His glory. Her purpose in music is to acknowledge the hurt, but she doesn’t want to leave the listener without hope. She is a sinner, saved by grace by her Heavenly Father, and, despite the struggles of this life, she has eternity to look forward to. And that’s a hope worth sharing with the world.
