Amy Loftus is a singer/songwriter originally from Chicago. Amy has worked as a professional actress, dancer, yoga teacher, podcaster, relationship mentor and voice over artist, but after a performance at the Bluebird Cafe led to living in Nashville, writing songs became her primary focus. She toured as a unique solo opener for established Nashville acts before landing in Los Angeles where she met her husband and became a stepmom. Amy's TV and Film soundtrack credits include “One For the Money” ("Surrender") starring Katherine Heigl and shows like “Sons of Anarchy” (Follow the Sunshine). Amy now hosts a podcast called "Real Progress" and a crowdfunded group support movement for single and married women on Substack. Her book, Real Progress will be out in November of 2024.
