Meet British Singer/Songwriter Amy Swift. Raised in South East London by her mother, a teacher, and her father a car dealer, she grew up on the sounds of Soul, Jazz and Motown.
Her distinctive vocals and writing prowess has gained her much recognition, with her original music being featured on shows such as Good Trouble, Love is Blind, If Only, Selling Sunset, Last Stop Larrimah and many more.
Time spent writing and performing for other artists helped her hone her craft and after fronting British Soul/Electronic band Pacific State on Universal Music, she is ready to paving her way as a solo artist.
“Stirring, tremulous, filling you up like the sunrise on your last morning, all release, all redemption” 'The Guardian
"How gorgeous is that!? A name to keep an eye and an ear out for...Amy Swift" Gary Crowley BBC Radio London
From 2019 Amy has gone from strength to strength, she was awarded ‘Artist of The Month’ in September by the iconic Madison Square Gardens Group, supported Natacha Atlas on her European Tour, and had features on BBC Radio. More recently she penned the track 'Feel' for grand finalist of The Voice Australia 2021, Arlo Sims, performed on Global TV and released globally.
She has spent the time afforded by the pandemic to dust of some old songs, write some new ones and create her stunning debut album Moving, released in 2022 with LA based label Little Assembly.
