Anabel Rose, a Filipino-Ghanaian alt-pop artist, is on a journey of sonic exploration marked by unapologetic freedom, captivating a growing global audience. From singing at the age of eight to releasing her debut EP Something About A Rose in November 2024, Anabel has evolved into a compelling voice in alternative pop. The emotionally-rich project served as a defining introduction to her distinctive soundscape and artistic vision.

Rooted in pop with elements of rock, R&B, alté, house, and bossa nova, Anabel draws inspiration from genre-bending artists like Amaarae, WILLOW, and Teezo Touchdown. Her singles, including the fan-favorite “DND,” have grown her listener base, the Rosalindas, and earned her a spotlight in Native Magazine as one of November 2023’s best new artists. “Lungs” further solidified her reach, landing her as the cover artist for H&M’s global Spotify playlist.

A member of the Ghanaian music collective 99PHACES, Anabel thrives on collaboration and community. Her journey began as a fellow with Black Girls Glow in 2018, where she developed her voice at the intersection of music and social impact.
