Hailing from Brighton, Anagrams were purveyors of fine melodies until their split in 2012.
Their short career yielded one full-length album, <a href="spotify:album:5lywY0ByVcMuNLXNeSZsd7" data-name="We Form A Shelter">We Form A Shelter</a>, released in 2011. The album was largely self-recorded and entirely self-funded.
After they disbanded, singer/guitarist David Wheeldon went on to release an album of solo material as <a href="spotify:artist:7LWDGR9gzg4xIQGYgrhxhu" data-name="Fingers & Thumbs">Fingers & Thumbs</a>, before joining <a href="spotify:artist:2UvHbtpwQIHcuwdzgVIn55" data-name="Dark Horses">Dark Horses</a> in 2014. Guitarist Ollie Elmes went on to form <a href="spotify:artist:3HrMWLPxFpnnRFjJh66Ycu" data-name="Photograms">Photograms</a>, while drummer Pete Hovard formed <a href="spotify:artist:1RCDN1U5298eJ4LFwDiL2y" data-name="Kanzi">Kanzi</a>.
