Formed in North Carolina in 2013 by multi-instrumentalist Stephen Warwick, Ancient Cities blends 60's/70's influenced rock n roll with modern production. They've independently released two albums; their self-titled debut in 2014 and sophomore follow-up Supermoon Blackout in 2016. Both albums were recently released on vinyl via Refresh Records. Songs from those albums have been featured on Showtime's Shameless, and ABC's Imaginary Mary. In 2015, they chosen by Converse to play Newport Folk Festival and were featured in Vanity Fair and The Village Voice (NYC) that same year. They're newest album was produced in their home studio and mixed by Drew Vandenberg (Drive by Truckers, of Montreal, Toro y Moi, Faye Webster.)
