Andersen’s Missing Bell is an Alternative rock band from Quebec City. The musical identity of the
band is mostly unique being inspired by the likes of The Hotelier and Taking Back Sunday, as much as Radiohead ans Death Cab For Cutie. One thing’s for sure, the group likes very emotional
and complex music. AMB defines its sound as a parallel between explosiveness and vulnerability. The music is fronted by sincere lyrics about the ever longing existential and social questions of our human lives.
Andersen’s Missing Bell is a six piece band of Kevin Michaud, Ariane Boies, Jean-Sébastien Boies,
Mathieu Boies, André Godbout and Réjean Lacroix. The band is full of experience, having played
or even bieng the founder of the following bands : Projet Orange, Bronco, Hidden Bliss, Red Sand and many more.
The band released in 2020 a first album titled Old and Bored. The band also played on numerous stages of the underground scene, especially in Quebec City and Montreal. The band is extremely proud to present its new EP, Maybe it’s just a phase in April of 2024. This release means a new beginning for the band, which is eager to keep releasing new music and keep performing in gripping shows.
