In 1995, Andi became popular with his band, Bayou. During Bayou, Andi produced and wrote the hit song, “Hanya Dirimu.”
After Bayou, Andi continued with more success by producing and songwriting with Indonesian pop stars like Iwan Fals, Nicky Astria, Sheila on 7, Kangen Band, Agnez Mo, Yana Julio, Judika, Rio Febrian, Warna, Dewi Sandra, and Syahrini to Hanin Dhiya.
In addition to his music success, in 2004, he also signed with Roland Keyboards as the Artist Ambassador until 2023, which is the longest contract for any Indonesian representing Roland.
In 2016, Andi held a mini concert to commemorate his 25-year career in the music industry and released his new singles, “Welcome to the Sea of Love,” and “Hanya Dirimu” (Acoustic version). Andi released his 25-year anniversary album, “My Musical Journey” on his father’s birthday.
