Andrea Brignoli

Born in Trescore Balneario (Bergamo), Italy, in 1974, Andrea Brignoli received a classical musical education, obtaining a Piano Diploma at Mantua Conservatory “L. Campiani” and a Music Composition Diploma at Modena Conservatory “O. Vecchi”. He attended various courses about soundtracks and film music; among the most valuable,the one holded by Maestros E. Morricone, F. Piersanti and S. Miceli, at Fiesole School of Music. He worked with prestigious Orchestras, such as “I Pomeriggi Musicali”, the “Toscanini” Orchestra and the “Omnia Symphony Orchestra”, as a music composer and an arranger. Since 2005 he has been working for “Warner Chappell Music”; during this collaboration, in 2007, he wrote the main theme of the italian TV series “Crimini".In the years 2011-12 he worked as a music composer and a music manager at Flaertyfilm’s.
Some among his premier executions have been performed by famous and valuable Orchestras, such as Milan “Verdi” Orchestra, “Agimus Firenze” Orchestra and the “Philippine Philharmonic Orchestra” from Manila. He is now working profitably with M° R. Barbieri, as a composer and an orchestrator.
In 2014 his compositions received the 4th prize (ex aequo) among 120 candidaytes in the first International Film Music Competition "Oticons Faculty" of London. His most recent work for film sees him participating in the
Soundtrack of "Atalanta. Una vita Dea."
