Hello! My name is Andrea Madelle. I am a 22 year old girl from Norway. I just released my first single called “<a href="spotify:track:6qfsCLowzS3N6yHl8DUdNI" data-name="black and blue">black and blue</a>.” I started writing the song back in January 2022, in the middle of a breakup. When I first wrote it, I never had any intentions that I would release it, because it was very personal, and the song was my cure and therapy through-out the breakup. The meaning behind “black and blue” is that not everything is meant to be. No matter how much you want to hold on to a person, despite all their wrongs, sometimes you’re better off without them. Don’t fight for a relationship that does more harm than good. Trust me, it won’t end well. Your heart might get bruised and turn “black and blue.”
The purpose behind the release is to help people in the same situation. This song helped me through it, and I believe it can do the same for others.
