Often using the phrase “sad songs are my love language,” Andrew Mitch is a Nashville-based singer blending the ballad-like movement of country-folk with the sweep of cinematic orchestration and emotionally charged, heart-wrenching storytelling. His lyrics explore spirituality, self-discovery, and the tension between who we are and who we’re becoming.
Raised in small-town Ohio, he taught himself to sing and play in church before leaving a future in biochemistry to pursue music full-time. His breakout single “all in my head” charted on the US iTunes Country Top 100 and helped crowdfund his debut project, feeling outside the lines. Featured by CMA, CMT, and Music Row for songs like “back home boy,” Andrew has amassed over 2 million social media views and has kicked off 2026 with his newest singles "baggage" and "muscle memory".
