Andy Cermak is a Czech singer, songwriter and film score composer. He studied composition at Jaroslav Jezek Conservatory in Prague. He had been an integral part of the pop rock band Sunflower for 20 years, regularly touring in the Czech Republic and across Europe. In recent years, he’s decided to embark on a solo path playing live with his new band or as a solo act singing and playing piano. He released his first solo album Secret December in May, 2022 and it has successfully aired on various radio stations. His musical style can be described as alternative melodic pop. He has a strong unfettered stage presence. Andy also composes music for films, tv show and commercials and has penned songs for well known artists. He plays piano and keyboards in Michal Prokop’s iconic band Framus Five and is a member of the British band White Feathers based in south of England. However, his main focus is his solo career, live performances and cooperation with his fellow artists in Prague, Berlin and around the world.
