Swiss singer-songwriter who makes Chinese Pop music. Finds inspiration from his music somewhere between the slow-paced countryside life of a small village in Switzerland and the big cities in Asia. Swimming in Chinese culture and set on a journey to recycle sounds captured in daily life to combine them with electronic and Pop music. Wrapped in a layer of living-room vibe, his musical creation makes cultures merge, so as the digital and the organic world. He enjoys and experiences music as experiences life.


Music is his diary. Songs are mostly written, composed, produced, arranged and mixed in his tiny home-studio. He always wants to put his imaginary musical world into the reality and try to draw people in. Carrying a background from a small village in Switzerland and make a living with his music as an outsider in Asia, there is a lot to express. Music is the only bridge and reliance that he communicates with the surrounding. He spends a vast amount of time exploring and recording sound from daily life to put into his music. Since the creation of his music happens all between his own four walls at home, Andy likes to call his music style “Living-Room Music”. As it comes closest to describing the intimacy, atmosphere and mood of his production marked by the rawness of the overall sound character. He believes it is not the language of the music that matters, it is the music itself that connects people, not only the language. So, the music speaks for him.
