Angela Paniza is a Colombian – American artist born in Cartagena de Indias. Angela’s sweet and melodic voice combined with her passion for storytelling and songwriting destined her to become a singer songwriter. Her music is a fusion of Pop, Rock and Latin-American rhythms. Her lyrics tell stories, mostly drawn from her life experiences.

In 1999 she moved to Mexico, where she experimented with songwriting and in 2001, she moved to South Florida where she trained her voice with musical masters Jackie Arredondo, Beth Cohen and Gil Magno. In 2007, Angela sang a duet with Andres Cepeda on his Miami tour, while working on her first album “Carta Abierta.” Produced by Keith Morrison, it is an upbeat Pop Rock album. Her heartfelt lyrics make it easy for the audience to connect with her emotions.

Shortly after releasing “Carta Abierta,” she took time off from her music to focus on her growing family and advertising agency APA Creative, but she has never stopped composing and creating.

Life during the 2020 COVID-19 Pandemic led Angela Paniza to reconnect with her music. She was inspired to write a song of hope and solidarity for the world, thus “Together We Will Rise” was born. The single was produced by Latin Grammy nominee Fredy Camelo, a recognized member of the Poligamia band and producer of some of Andres Cepeda’s albums. In 2023, she rerecorded the song in Spanish, "Resplandecer," an inspiration for working together for peace and loving each other unconditionally.
