Angie K Kenton (born Angelica Francisca Payano in Brooklyn, NY) is a singer-songwriter, actress, and producer blending Latin rhythms, R&B, and ’90s nostalgia into a sound all her own. With music in her blood—she’s the niece of merengue icons Los Kenton—Angie has become a bold voice in the new wave of Latin artists.

Her breakout single “De Moda” hit #1 on DJ Times (U.S.), followed by fan favorites like “6Six Shots”, “Flechao”, “Lunataka”, and “VIP”. In 2019, her EP “Empress” (via Universal Music Group) positioned her as a rising international act, while her first independent album “Loveaton 90” (2021) showcased her unique fusion of modern and retro soul.

Recognized with a 2022 nomination for Favorite Urban Artist on Social Media at The Radio Latina Music Awards, Angie has continued to innovate. Her latest EP “Rompe La Diskoteka” bought her back to her Dominican roots sparking the interest of Alofoke’s Sin Filtro Radio with ep titled track “Rompe La Diskoteka“ and she recently expanded her global sound with the Afrobeat-inspired single “Ese Momento”.
