In the prevailing style of the pandemic, ANGLES is a bi-coastal project originating from the compositions of New York writer/bassist Preston DeGarmo, joined by his sister Rylie DeGarmo (independently making music in the Pacific Northwest as Les Ailes) bringing her melodic top-lines and lyrical collaboration. Brooklyn-based Producer/multi-instrumentalist Alex Kasvikis brings the sibling project to life in studios from the city to the Hudson Valley with drums, electric guitar and synths. Early listeners have likened the indie dream pop sensibility of ANGLES to Beach House, Big Thief and The Marias. The band wrapped a 10-track debut record out September 4th, 2026.
