“A tiny town's own dreamy dropouts from the Angelic choir will deliver the goods in their own ethereal fusion of hope and heartbreak.” Jaia Wilbour, Raina Gravatt, and Lucas Gravatt began making music together in high school. Taking inspiration from the folk-roots of the Midwest, Anima has blended their sound into a modern fusion of Americana, pop, and psychedelic rock with delicate harmonies, contemplative songwriting, and mellifluous soundscapes. Since releasing their debut EP ‘Out In the Woods’ in 2017, Anima has toured all across the U.S., and most recently settled in Minneapolis, MN where they are now based.
