Aniruddh Ravindran originally hails from Mumbai, India and he grew up primarily listening to Indian classical & Western classical music. He draws inspiration from A R Rahman, Hans Zimmer, Tony Anderson, Zakir Hussain and Ramin Djawadi alongside songs and soundtracks from many different parts of the world.
