Vegas-born R&B artist ANJL (pronounced "angel") is no stranger to the glitz and glam of show business. The Filipina/Indian singer, songwriter, and producer has dedicated her life to music since the age of 8 when she started classical opera voice lessons. Her sound is stimulated by the powerful yet legato nature of opera, as well as her favorite artists such as SZA, Kehlani, Jazmine Sullivan, Michael Jackson, and Mariah Carey.

ANJL is completely transparent in her artistry, intentionally treating each song as a diary entry that gives listeners a peek into her truest thoughts and feelings. In 2019 the artist moved to the Philippines to tap deeper into her roots and musicianship, as she was signed under Warner Music Philippines. In 2020, the singer released her first EP appropriately named "True", featuring four tracks completely written, produced, and vocally arranged by her.

The multi-faceted singer continues to inspire her listeners by writing from a place of vulnerability and openness, creating a genuine and relatable connection with her supporters.
