Anna Connolly crafts raw and stark songs about life’s ups and downs, about relationships gone wrong, about ironies and unexpected twists of fate. From Los Angeles originally, her family moved to DC in the early 80s, and she was surrounded by musician friends then and into the 90s. But she only started playing later in life. Her debut album After Thoughts was released on October 12, 2018, in a limited run of 300 copies of audiophile-quality vinyl pressed at Pallas in Germany.
