Hi, I’m Anne Woodsen. I’m 17, and I write songs when I don’t know what else to do with a feeling.
My debut EP, Outgrown, is about change I didn’t ask for. It’s about growing up, feeling left behind, out of place, friends drifting away, moving on from the best years of my life, and feeling like I stayed still while everyone else kept growing.
These songs are pieces of me, quiet thoughts I couldn’t always say out loud, turned into music. I wrote it for anyone who’s ever felt excluded from a world they once felt at home in. I hope something in these songs makes you feel seen.
