Ansonix is a video game inspired electronica artist from Dublin, Ireland, creating both video game remixes and originals. He is also a composer for media and games.
Ansonix released his single <a href="spotify:track:5BJldWJR1mfjhAwxYsKaWv" data-name="Triumphant (Radio Edit)">Triumphant (Radio Edit)</a>, which was featured as ‘Song of the Week’ on the popular #IrishMusicParty, followed by his EP called @<a href="spotify:album:3vssAbVwmiavCdza8XLzJx" data-name="Ready for Battle">Ready for Battle</a> on 22nd June 2018! He launched the EP at the Body & Soul Festival.
His next single ‘Celtic Guild’ (Guild of Nerds Theme), was performed at the Dublin Games Festival in the RDS on 24th November 2018.
In January 2019, Ansonix was headline the main stage at the Whelans Ones to Watch Festival 2019.
Ansonix also released a cover album called ‘Sonic 2 - Act 1’ which he performed at a number of events and venues around Ireland.
Among his many releases last year, Ansonix arranged the soundtrack for the 80’s inspired video game ‘Escape From Synth City’, which was released by Numero Group in the summer of 2019. A limited edition vinyl featuring the Ansonix soundtrack for the game sold out in just 3 days. Escape From Synth City can be played at www.escapefromsynthcity.com
He is currently working on new projects, including a few collaborations, an original single and of course more video game covers!
