Yo, what's good? My name is ANTA.WAV, and I'm a musician based in sunny Porto, Portugal. I've been making music since I was able to bang on pots and pans, thanks to my dad who's also a musician. Shout out to Pops for passing down the musical genes!
My preferred medium is music, but I also like to dabble in a bunch of other stuff like skating, beatmaking, sound designing, drumming, rapping, sound engineering, gaming, streaming, and riding motorcycles. What can I say, I like to keep myself busy!
When it comes to my music, I like to keep things experimental. I take inspiration from hiphop, trap, rap, blues, jazz, and even fado (if you don't know what that is, look it up - it's dope). I blend all these elements together to create a sound that's uniquely ANTA.WAV.
I'm part of a sick label called DOIS.ZERO, and I've been making waves in the beats community. I've watched and helped strengthen the hiphop movement in my hometown of Vila Real, and I'm always looking to push boundaries and break down musical barriers.
I make music because I want to create true feelings and cathartic experiences for me and my listeners. There's something special about putting your heart and soul into a track and watching it connect with someone else. That's what it's all about!?!
