Anton Tsygankov

Hi, I’m Anton Tsygankov—a guitarist, composer, and producer. I was born into a family of musicians, so music has always been a huge part of my life. I started playing instruments before I could even speak, but things really took off when I discovered rock at 13 and picked up the electric guitar. That passion opened some amazing doors—I was fortunate to place in 11 guitar competitions, including runner-up at the North American Rock Guitar Competition in both 2005 and 2007.

After graduating from Gnesins College of Music and the University of Modern Arts, I released my first rock album, The ANTI Anton Tsygankov Project, and started working as a session musician. Since then, I’ve toured over 40 countries, performed on shows like American Idol, and recorded with some amazing artists and producers.

These days, I split my time between my instrumental guitar project under my own name, Anton Tsygankov, and Moscow Alien, an electronic duo I co-produce with my son, Lucas. I also run the A.Tsygankov Workshop, where we craft Russian folk instruments and design custom MIDI guitars that I occasionally use onstage
