From using a tennis racket as a microphone when he was 10 to replacing it with a real studio mic, Antoniu Tămaș’s journey has been quite a ride. But for Antoniu, who discovered his voice and inspiration a few years ago, it’s all come together naturally. Growing up surrounded by the music of his father, the renowned folk singer Aurel Tămaș, Antoniu decided to turn his passion into a budding career.
The leap to his debut single was effortless. With support from Andrei Mihai and Elena Mihai, his talent materialized into "Promisiuni"—a real-life story about summer longing, sunsets, and sunrises shared with a loved one.The song captures the height of passion, when promises made between lovers come true, and happy endings are within sight. “Promisiuni” is also Antoniu Tămaș’s promise of a new journey in pop music, inspired by retro tones and the synth influences of the 80s.
