What began in Jamaica Plain, MA as bedroom pretend quickly mutated into something real for songwriter/soundscaper Bradley Hyland when he recruited the one and only Chris Hemmeter to play drums on some new tunes that he had barely floating around. Things sounded pretty rad right away so they quickly cornered local guitar wizard Marc W. Pinansky and vaguely urged him to join the project. Pinansky kindly agreed but only because he had just come into the possession of an old 1960's mystery brand Japanese electric bass guitar that was strangely left behind in a room that he would occasionally visit. Now all he needed was a strap. In the weeks that followed, the three huddled profusely in a Somerville warehouse with some beer and snacks and became a band. It was the summer of 2005.
