Hailing from the French island of Oléron on the Atlantic coast, the duo ARCHI DEEP crafts heartfelt music that aims to push the boundaries of their world. Their approach is intentionally stripped-back: a commanding voice, a searing guitar, and drums beating with the pulse of life. Arthur and Hortense constantly push forward, composing with increasing ambition while drawing inspiration from American bands such as The Black Keys and The White Stripes.
Since 2018, the duo has played an impressive number of shows across France—ranging from major festivals to large-capacity venues, including Paris’s iconic Bercy arena. And also abroad, in London, Memphis, and at the Rock for People Festival in the Czech Republic.
Their latest album, What’s Our Name? (2024), driven by razor-sharp riffs and explosive rhythmic breaks, has further elevated the band’s reputation. The release garnered strong support from the media and from editorial rock playlists on Spotify, Apple Music, and Deezer.
As they continue touring in France and beyond—with a performance scheduled in Los Angeles in December 2025 for the show Jam in the Van—Their creativity and sense of humor have helped cultivate an increasingly engaged a loyal audience.
Recorded in their own studio on Oléron Island, upcoming singles are bolder than ever, powered by irresistible melodies, sharp guitar lines, and thunderous beats.
