Archie Ellis

From the scenery of Oslo, Norway, Archie Ellis began his aspirations with Hip Hop and Rapping since year 2003 and has been hitting the ground running ever since with his insatiable thirst for getting his music off the ground.


His two current collaborative projects/groups, Legendestatus, and Brainstormers, were formed/founded by Archie and is comprised of amazing other artists that contribute to the dynamically innovative craft that he has been honing since the start.




With influences ranging from Kool Keith to Grace Jones, Karl Lagerfeld and countless others, Archie Ellis has manifested a very infectious signature sound through his personal influences, inspirations, as well as his group collaborations. One of his anchor genre influences is Witch House; which contributes to Ellis' spiritual and mystical artistry.


Archie Ellis has performed several gigs nationwide, and won a 2nd place in Str8 Spittin' in 2003; a Norwegian Rap Battle, and also took home 2nd place in another rap battle, Rock The Spot, the following year; which garnered him a very impressive buzz and critical acclaim among the scene.


Archie is an artist set out to inspire other aspiring artists and wants to be a positive influence on those who desire to tap into the music the same way he did; where his listeners not only may enjoy his music, but can identify with it as well.
