Independent pop-punk band, Ardmore, calls the suburbs of Detroit home. The Michigan outfit mixes early various genres but leans heavily on 2000s pop punk, stained with the red tint of emo. Nick Anderson, guitarist and vocalist, has been playing music nearly half his life, with Beta Camp and other various bands. Watching music videos on MTV, Anderson became hooked.
After taking an indefinite hiatus with successful indie/alternative rock band Beta Camp, Anderson still had more to say. He wanted to try something new. Inspired by bands like Alkaline Trio, Brand New, Masked Intruder, and The Starting Line, Nick Anderson started a new project, named after the street he grew up on, Ardmore.
In April 2020, Ardmore independently released their EP, Tell Me I’m Fine. The EP was recorded, mixed, and co-produced by Frankie Mastrangelo.
