Arın Aykut is a score composer, pianist, and conductor based in London, working across film, TV, video games, and theater. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Composition for Film & TV at the London College of Music with a Vice-Chancellor’s full scholarship.
His music has been featured in projects worldwide, including Life After Man, an upcoming Australian feature film, and Vencedor, the opening score for Exatlon Mexico Season 8 on Azteca TV. His piece Homeland for string septet was performed at the CovCreative Film Festival and broadcast on BBC Radio, while his solo piano work Flashing Memories was part of BBC Radio’s Introducing Series.
Arın has performed at venues like Würzburg Palace in Germany for the EU’s Art Without Limits project and was a finalist at The World Pianist Invitational in the US. As a conductor, he has worked with ensembles such as the National Polish Radio Symphonic Orchestra and the Turkish State Polyphonic Choir.
Alongside scoring for short films like Log Diaries: Seekers of Water and the video game Trash Run, he collaborates with Bleeding Fingers Music and Extreme Music, contributing to various international productions. With a background in both classical performance and film scoring, he enjoys exploring new ways to connect music and storytelling.
