Arkham Sunset is the ever-evolving solo endeavor of Portland based multi-instrumentalist and electronic producer Gerry Hathaway. With productions based solely around hardware digital & analog synthesis, Arkham Sunset guides the listener through many different shades and moods - touching on genres such as Synthpop, Darkwave, Ambient, Industrial, Krautrock, Drone, and more. Never satisfied keeping it safe, Arkham Sunset regularly collaborates with other artists to further expand his sound and relish in community-based artistic expression. His latest album 'Beneath’ released September 2025 contains a fresh, cinematic mix of electro industrial, berlin school kosmiche, black metal, and synthpop and expresses the powerful merge of analog synthesizers and dark human emotions. Beneath is being followed up in quick succession by new single "Hypnocil', out everywhere 2/21/25, a heavy beat-oriented love letter to the late 80's industrial dance scene and Wax Trax records.
