AROHA is a genre-blurring Māori DJ and producer from Aotearoa (New Zealand), now based in Naarm (Melbourne), known for bold club music rooted in global underground sounds. She’s played Boiler Room and shared stages with icons like 2ManyDJs, Groove Armada, Grace Jones, Disclosure, Kaytranada, Chase & Status and Ben UFO.
Her debut No More Jenga EP and its standout remixes were championed by RÜFÜS DU SOL and Dillinja, while These Walls — her collaboration with world-renowned MC TALI — gained support from SHOUSE, Oliver Dollar and more. Her 2024 protest single Let Her Rip (Toitū Te Tiriti) went viral online, amassing over 1 million views in one week.
Early in 2025, she released her concept EP Mother Tongue. With more music on the way, AROHA continues to evolve her sound and push culture forward — on her own terms.
