Art recently released orange vinyl of Tiger LP available from Rough Trade also participated in Tim Burgess of Charlatans', Merch Market at Troxy, Limehouse, in his home town. "Renegade" is also out now with its Beatlesque vibes and powerful lyrics inspired by his time in Iquitos Peru.
"Insatiable" his penultimate single of last year had strings arranged by Joseph Lawrenson " Raw, ethereal and beautiful, his music is emotionally resonant.
"Happening Again" explored alt-country vibes and "Dimension" an anti-war song. "You & I" broke new ground with a harp arrangement by BBC Young Musician of the Year semifinalist harpist Jamaal Kashim.
Previous collaborations include Harriet Mackenzie violinist on "England's Dying" together with cellist star, Midori Jaeger, on "Father" and brass arrangements by renowned session musician, Marcus Hamblett. "Borderline" and "Seagulls" featured Ben Walker folk guitarist. Art Block has also collaborated with Jay Chakravorty on "Infinity' and "Pilgrim" with Jo Quail virtuouso cellist; mixed by Shuta Shinoda. The Basement EP was produced by Ian Barter and is available on vinyl via Rough Trade East and New York City.
His music has been supported by DJ Gary Crowley BBC Radio London, John Kennedy Xfm and Jim Gellatly on Amazing Radio.
