Arthur Lewinowicz also known as Arthur Boomin is an immensely passionate violin & viola player, composer, and music teacher who aims to enthrall the generations of tomorrow with the beauty of music. Based in Toronto, he inherited the love for music from his mother who helped him nurture this love into lifelong inspiration. Arthur indulged in the world of music at the early age of 4 and was introduced to the instruments of piano and violin under the supervision of his mother. He acquired early musical direction from St. Michael’s Choir School and studied music theory at the Royal Conservatory of Music.
Arthur Lewinowicz embarked on his professional musical voyage at the age of 10 from Young Talent Performances where his potential as a musician came into the limelight. The unique composite of potential & musical capabilities helped him secure a place in the prestigious Youth Artists Performances Academy which is an exclusive audition-based program at the RCM. Arthur has had the luxury of learning music under the wings of acclaimed professionals such as Eric Nowlin, Prof. Jacques Israelievitch, and Prof. Christina Petrowska Quilico.
Equipped with a double Bachelor degree in Fine Arts & Education from York University, Toronto, Arthur strives to amalgamate two different sets of skills to serve the music enthusiasts of today & tomorrow. He holds certifications in Viola, Violin, Piano, and Theory/History from the RCM and excels in the art of choir conducting.
