Borrowing her moniker from the legendary pirate Aruba Red; a strong, rebellious female seafarer. Aruba Red the artist strives to evoke her resilient spirit. To date, she has worked and toured with the likes of Nitin Sawnhey, Maverick Sabre, Jah Cure, Natty, Xavier Rudd, Phil Manzanera, Ms Dynamite, Plan B and Riz Ahmed. Aruba Red has held residencies at London's Roundhouse and Southbank Centre as well as hitting the stage at festivals and venues nationwide and overseas.
After a hiatus during which she lost her father and became a mother, she re-emerged with her EP ‘Holy Waters’. A musically rich, lyrically impressive celebration of feminine strength. Futuristic soul with an edge, fresh vibes fused with ancient wisdom, leaving listeners feeling uplifted.

Aruba Red’s critically acclaimed EP ‘Shadow Work’ coincided with her magical debut headline show at the iconic St Pancras Old Church. During lockdown, Aruba Red channelled her energy into producing a 7 part mini-documentary series 'Inspiration Behind the Tracks', streaming on youtube now which led up to the release of her new album 'Aruba Red Live at St Pancras Old Church' which dropped on the 1 year anniversary of the concert.
