As The Sky Burns formed near Edinburgh in 2023, consisting of guitarist "Piccolo" and bassist "Big Man", joining a wave of upcoming underground metal bands in Scotland. With a goal to push and redefine metalcore to it's limit, the band dropped their debut album "Scars To Show" in April of 2025. Combining the melodeath induced riffs of the 2000s, uplifting lyrics, ripping guitar solos, and world ending breakdowns, the album doesn't hold back in any aspect of the genre, and future releases from the duo are set to push everything even further.
