Asi Faaui A.K.A. AS1 (pronounced “as one”) is a 21-year-old, Hip-Hop artist based in Melbourne’s West. Originally born in Apia, Samoa, this MC also boasts a background in Dancing, most recently being affiliated with the notorious, “Raw & Rugged” dance crew. He’s also well versed in multiple forms of Visual Art including Custom Shoe design, Canvas painting, Tagging and even Mural painting. In 2019, AS1’s journey into music began when he started making music with the talented R&B singer-songwriter, Sire. Later on that year, he would join Sire’s Hip-Hop/R&B collective, “DayHunnid” alongside other notable names like Kobe White, Bitner Brown and Nomad to name a few. In 2020 he featured on Nomad’s single, “Be Like That” which garnered critical acclaim for its unique perspective into men’s mental health and how men have conversations.
