I am an independent producer and music composer of r&b and hip hop genres.
Music has been a friend, a motivator and an inspiration. I have had music in my life since I could walk. As a little boy, I remember waiting for Saturdays so I could listen to all of the music my family used to play while we did our chores. I often remember important occurrences in my life when I hear certain songs or popular artists. This is why I love and desire to create this art.
Influencing a reaction of someone with a song that comes from your heart and soul is one of the most fulfilling things for a musical artist. Although it is not the only motivation to create, it is always a goal.
Through the creation of Ascend Productions, I intend to express creativity, innovation and passion in every project. Music influences thoughts, actions and ideas. It inspires, teaches and enlightens. This why it is so prevalent in my life. I invite you to take this journey with me. Let's get to know one another; one note at a time.
My musical tastes include R&B, Gospel, Jazz, Hip-Hop, and Reggae, sprinkled with Pop, Rock, and everything in between.
