Ashkan Dian, widely known by his stage name Ashkan, is a house and techno DJ/producer based in Toronto. Since 2019, he has cultivated a substantial fan base in Toronto, Canada. Ashkan launched his record label, Positive Sounds, to have creative control in producing Progressive House and Melodic House and techno. The sound is complex but tuneful, banging but thoughtful, focusing on melodies and chords, accompanied by sounds inspired by technology and spirituality.
