Astrid Helena Frej Møller is a Danish composer and producer working within the realms of electronica, experimental, and improvised music. Drawing on a broad spectrum of influences, from 90s trip hop and electronica to contemporary classical music, and with a background in classical piano and singing, she builds musical worlds that are often dark and fantasy-like, while simultaneously letting the listener enter a personal and vulnerable space filled with ambiguity.

In April 2025, Astrid Helena will release her debut album, “All My Rages”, on the label Movement Shaped Like A Heart.
