Astrid M

Astrid M is a Singer-Songwriter originally from France, now based in the UK.
For Astrid M, music can unite people, bring joy and be a powerful tool of communication with one another.
Her own material features a voiced mix of calming jazz and pop, inspired by the likes of Nina Simone and Norah Jones. With a real passion for singing Jazz, she draws inspiration from nature and engaging in profound conversations with the people around her.
Starting her journey in 2017, she went on to record her own covers of favourite singers including the likes of Lady Gaga. As her confidence grew, she wrote original material.
In May 2020, she released her debut single ‘Soulmate’.
In August 2021 she released her Debut EP "LOCKED INN".
In June 2021, Astrid M released her single “21 Days” that was written following violence made against women, highlighted in the media during Lockdown. The song carries a strong and empowering message to women and tell the story to remember what women went through.
On the 18th of March 2022, Astrid M released 'In a Heartbeat' and on July 15th "Endless Game"
On the 27th of January 2023, Astrid M released her first single in French, her native language "Pour Toi" and on October 27th "Unapologetic”.
"Not a Fool” followed on the 12th of July 2024, and she has now released a new EP in collaboration with Piano Lilium.
Her songs have been featured on BBC Introducing, BBC Upload, #RKC, and regularly on local radios such as Shine radio and Flash FM.
