Atex is an audio & visual artist born on January 12, 1998 to Mexican immigrants in Ennis, TX.

After a few years of moving around between Mexico, Texas, & Indiana, Atex’s family settled in Doraville, GA where he grew up and fell in love with music at the age of four on the way to school one day while listening to the local hip-hop station 95.5 The Beat.

Atex’s sound is atmospheric & ethereal. His vocal performances are often energetic & flamboyant like a cartoon character, while his lyrics offer an introspective perspective into the human experience referencing themes of love, heartbreak, perseverance, determination, ambition, & the will to keep going.
