ATLO

Formerly known as Assunta & The Light Orchestra, ATLO marks the rebirth of Belgian singer-songwriter Assunta Mandaglio and guitarist-producer Pieter Thys. Their music lives between cinematic rock and atmospheric pop, blending poetic storytelling with layered guitars, ambient textures and haunting vocals that linger long after the song fades.

After years of performing across Europe, the duo took a deliberate pause, a silence that became the seed of transformation.
In that stillness, ATLO was born: a band driven by curiosity, movement and the urge to explore new horizons.

Recorded at Floyd Records in collaboration with producer Guus Fluit and released in partnership with Crystal Bird, ATLO’s upcoming EP "Hypnotized" revisits six songs from their live album Second Sun, now reshaped in the studio with new depth and light.

The first single, “Wave”, out October 17, captures that moment of rediscovery, where sound becomes motion, and emotion becomes freedom. Each track on the EP unfolds like a chapter in a journey from passion to peace, from fire to flow, from connection to release.

ATLO’s sound is cinematic yet intimate. A landscape where silence meets sound and every note feels like a new horizon.
