Ato Vari is a Copenhagen-based sound artist who uses mainly tape recorders and old fx units to weave sonic tapestries out of field recorded pipe organ, live stock, , downtuned bells, a turning yarn winder, obscure documentation cassette tapes of spoken-word and hymns of religious devotion.
